Ocean Keyes – North Myrtle Beach Condos

We want to update you on Ocean Keyes and what has been going on in our community. According to the CCAR MLS, as of February 28th 2009 there were 33 active condos and 4 townhomes available for sale. Three condos and two townhomes are pending contract. Over the last 12 months there have been 23 condos sold, priced from $199,500 to $368,315 and 3 townhomes sold, priced from $375,000 to $469,000. Of the units sold during this period, The Willis Team represented 8 sellers and 4 buyers.
