We wanted to present you with the activity in Baywatch Resort as reported by the CCAR MLS as of September 25, 2009.

There are currently 62 Active listings in Baywatch Resort. 6 Efficiency units priced from $84,900 – $102,000. 26 One bedroom units priced from $109,900 – $249,900 with five pending contract. 17 Two bedroom units priced from $219,900 – $299,800 with two pending contract. 13 Three bedroom units priced from $268,900 – $637,900.

There have been 29 units sold since January 1, 2009. One Efficiency unit sold at $63,000. 17 One bedroom units with the average sold price of $129,753.59. 11 Two bedroom units with the average sold price of $233,929.09. To date, there have been no three bedroom units sold.

You can see that although the market has been slow, Baywatch Resort has continued to see activity from buyers and sellers, keeping your Resort moving through these slow economic times.
