Below are the numbers reported through the CCAR MLS on what properties have sold in the month of December compared to the same month last year:

Land	71	33	-86.19%
Residential	239	244	+ 2.09%
Condominiums	218	127	-41.74%

We wanted to bring you up to date on the numbers for the year. We are hoping that the analysts are correct that the bottom is near and we should see the start of a new cycle in the next few months. As many of you know The Willis Team has opened their own Real Estate Company, SC Beach Real Estate.
