Interesting Numbers for the Myrtle Beach Real Estate Market! After completing an analysis of the Myrtle Beach real estate market I have found that it explains a lot about what is truly happening here.

Everyone (mostly the media) is talking about how bad the real estate market is, and I am sure that there are some areas that have been hit pretty hard. The problem is that there are a number of areas that are NOT in the same dilemma. These other areas are what the media should also write articles on. We definitely aren’t having a banner year, but our numbers do indicate that we aren’t doing so badly either. The average sales price of residential, land, condos, and even oceanfront condos has risen each year since 2004. The number of sales it what has dropped considerably since 2005.
