I love Myrtle Beach. I think it is a very underrated place to visit in Florida. There are so many thing's to do and the beaches are so white and sandy. I'm sure you could make a fair amount of change renting your place when you were not there as it is a very popular destination.

The rooms are fresh and light. This place is perfect for relaxation. Really comfortable. Buying a condo unit is a good investment because renting it out to people will surely earn big profits.
Can you make enough money from renting them to cover monthly payments ?
It depends on the location of the property, and the rental market. Since the real estate market has slowed down there has been some increase on the rental side. With properties not selling more properties have been put on the rental program. This has caused the rental prices to go down just like the real estate prices. As for covering your monthly payments it is possible, especially with the prices of some of the condos in Ocean Keyes.
