Withers Preserve and Market Common

I don’t know how many people are familiar with Withers Preserve here in Myrtle Beach, but I figured I would give out a little information about this new community. Withers Preserve is located on the old Air Force Base in south Myrtle Beach and resembles an urban lifestyle setting. Everything is right there in Withers Preserve so there is no need to leave and that does include working right there in Market Common. Market Common is the activity center of Withers Preserve. There are boutiques, fine dining, retail shops, and entertainment venues like the Sun Fun Festival going on all the time. It’s actually a great place to visit even if you don’t live in Withers Preserve. Has anyone else been to Market Common or Withers Preserve? How about one of the weekend events?
