Listing by Noon Sold by 3:00 PM. Yes, that is right and closed within 30 days. That is the kind of business we like to hear about, and often times think it does not happen. But it does. Sold in record time! 
Even in the real estate market like we have been having properties can still be listed and put under contract in record times. After speaking with the sellers in the morning we knew their North Myrtle Beach condo would show well, and with the right price would have offers coming in soon. What we didn’t expect was that we would have a client contact us later that afternoon asking to see condos in the Ocean Keyes development. Well, after showing them different condos in Ocean Keyes our clients chose to submit an offer on our NEW listing! This just shows that no matter how bad the real estate market might seem, properties are still being sold.
