Tuesday was our company wide meeting with Coldwell Banker Chicora and we tried something a little different than normal meetings. We had different stations set up around the room and at each table we had one of our top Myrtle Beach real estate agents. Each table was set up to encompass that agent’s specialty and what makes them stand out above the crowd in that area. There was so much information to learn and with some of the other top agents explaining what works for them it became a huge hit. There were 11 tables set up in total which were:

6. Building and Managing a Data Base
7. How I Convert a Call to an Appointment
8. What I Do During Prospecting Time

10. REALTOR.com Tips
11. How I Hold an Open House
We were given 20 minutes at each table, but we were only able to get to 3 tables in our time. No complaints about the 3 tables, but there were a number of other topics that I would have enjoyed listening in on. Myrtle Beach real estate isn’t doing too bad right now.
