Myrtle Beach Market Update

We wanted to bring you up to date on what transactions have taken place during July 2007 and 2008. As reported through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) as of August 30^th 2008. You can see from the numbers that sales are still down from last year, but Condos are up over last month, and land has again come up a little this month and has done so for the last 90 days. As you are aware the market is soft, and we feel we are doing better here in Myrtle Beach than most places around the US, but I am sure that it can be frustrating to have your property listed in today’s market.

Well, it might not sound like the news that we would all like to hear, but this is proof that the market is getting better.
