New York’s Wall Street Journal sites a turn in real estate sales in the recent quarter. 
Home builders like Toll Brothers, Inc, Standard Pacific Corps and D.R. Horton Inc (the nation’s largest builder by number of annual closings) have seen in increase in sales. Toll Brother shares boosted 14% this Wednesday in composite trading in the New York Stock Exchange and their net home orders increased 3%, citing the first increase since 2005. DR Horton, builder of Myrtle Beach communities including The Farm, Myrtle Trace Grande, Tuscany, Woodbury, Arrowhead & more, has seen a 22% rise in their 3rd quarter. Lower prices, mortgage discounts and other buyer incentives are driving sales. Their also seems to be a boost to consumer confidence and bring more motivated buyers.

Hmmm…the builders are seeing rises, but in sales, or in new homes built?
The builders are seeing rises in sales, but with a builder like DR Horton that would mean new homes built as well. Of course, I am sure that depends on the price range of the homes.
