It’s the time of year when people look over the past year and give thanks for all the wonderful things in their lives. It has been reported where less people look for property in November and December than any other month during the year. We know many of you are planning to buy property at the right time and we realize that Real Estate is not a top priority during the holidays. The media is starting to report how the real estate trends are showing year over year increase in some areas of the country, so we feel that by the spring we will also be able to report the same here in Paradise!!
