Along the celebrated Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, Grande Dunes stands out as the most dynamic planned residential resort in the Myrtle Beach area. Stretching a mere 2,200 acres across the north end of Myrtle Beach; reaching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. Offering a vast array of recreational and social amenities, something the whole family can enjoy. With expanding in the works, Grande Dunes developers Leonard, Grigg and Associates and Traditional Homebuilders announced a new development is going up in the Grande Dunes called Cipriana Park. The new development will include 182 homes that will be built in four phases located on the east side of Highway 17 Business. Burroughs and Chapin CEO Jim Apple stated he understands the housing market has not been good. But he said there homes are in the right price range to sell. Homes are geared toward families with a price range from the upper $200,000’s to the upper $300,000’s, while still allowing the residents in the development access to all Grande Dunes Amenities.
