We have all heard of ‘CarFax’ reports for cars, but have you ever heard of a ‘PropertyFax’ report? You can learn more by visiting here. I don’t know how accurate the information would be in these reports, but this definitely sounds like a great idea! We hear about how purchasing a property will be the largest investment we make; now we can make an informed decision based on past events involving the property. Now with this being a newer process for the reporting procedures there can be some discrepancies I am sure. Especially, after reading their FAQs it states that they can only distribute the information from the insurance companies that have signed up with them, and right now there might not be too many signed up. What are your thoughts on this?
