A little more than halfway through the 10 day sale, and all is going well. We have shown property last Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and all from the announcement of the 10 day sale. Not only have we been showing property to clients, but we have held open houses last Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and yesterday and we plan on more open houses this coming weekend.
Traffic has been slow, people are still wary on what is going to happen with the economy, but we were hoping we can convince some buyers into making a decision and climbing down off the fence and into a property. We know that the 10 day sale has helped increase some activity on our site and phone calls, but still no contracts yet. We will keep our hopes up that this cycle is nearly over.
