Loris Bog Off
The 32nd Annual Loris Bog Off will be on October 15, 2011 and takes place in the town of Loris. This has become a tradition in the Loris community and features local food, entertainment, and much more! Each year the Bog Off begins with a parade that features local kids from a variety of schools and groups featured with local favorites. There will also be local artists, bands, and gospel singing. However, the most popular event is the chicken bog cooking contest. You can sample a variety of different chicken dishes cooked from local contestants and enjoy a great day with the family!
