Christmas Towne- On Sunday, December 13, 2009 the Myrtle Beach area will be hosting its premier holiday festival. The festival is held at the convention center from 1-7 p.m. and admission is free. Christmas Towne will provide free activities for families and children; train rides, photos with Santa, cookie decorating and much more with over 20 area businesses participating. The event also serves as the official tree lighting ceremony for Myrtle Beach.
