Downtown Aynor will host its annual Harvest Hoe Down Festival on September 17th and 18th. Meet up with friends and family at the Town Park, and visit over 140 craft booths. Enjoy entertainment, games, and hoe-down food favorites such as chicken bog, hot dogs, and funnel cakes. It’s free, including the parade at 10am and the street dance at 7pm. Last year over 20,000 people attended the event, and it’s been an Aynor tradition since
1979.

I love outdoor festivals. The fact it is called a How down…Oh I am there for sure. Free to get in that never happens usually there is a cover but with 20,000 people I am sure some of the businesses do very well that day.
