there is definitly some truth to this. obviously a smelly home will make it hard to sell. so a good smelling home should help.

We got what we were asking for, then the appraisal came in low so we got even less But I have a suspicion that it was because the buyer was getting a VA loan.

I think this is the house of my dream, it is really great. Its a good place for rest, because it is situated near ocean. So I think I am going to show this house to my husband and children.

Hi Emily, this is a great unit with a new paint job and carpet, the appliances do convey, and this is a great area close to the airport, restaurant, shopping and of course the blue Atlantic Ocean. There are some one bedroom units available, but for the price of this you can't beat it.
